Good to know
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every workspace starts on the Free plan, with no credit card: up to 2 members, 25 AI requests a month, and 3 automations. Paid plans can't be bought yet; their proposed prices are on the pricing page.
Do you charge per person?
No. Each plan is one monthly price for your whole business, from one person up to the plan's member limit (15 people on Team). Prices are proposed and may change.
Will Apparus email my customers?
Never. Apparus suggests replies, and the Email buttons open your own email app, so you decide what gets sent. Apparus emails only you and your team: a morning summary of the day's follow-ups (on by default; turn it off in your account), the reminders and alerts you turn on, and account emails such as a password reset.
Does it work with my email?
Yes. Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail all work: BCC your workspace's Apparus address, or forward an email to it, and the email lands on the right customer's timeline. Apparus runs in any browser, on your phone or computer.
Can I bring my contacts?
Yes. Upload a CSV file of contacts or leads, match its columns, and Apparus skips duplicates (or fills in what they're missing).
Is my data private?
Each business's data is kept separate at the database level, and only your workspace's members can see it. Your data is yours: export your leads, contacts, tasks, and logged emails any time, or delete your account. How we keep it separate.
