Proposed prices are monthly amounts in US dollars. Member and AI limits apply per workspace.
What counts as an AI request?
Each time someone in your workspace asks for an AI result, such as a lead summary, a suggested next step, conversation prep, or a follow-up draft, that's one request. Viewing, editing, or copying a draft afterwards doesn't count again.
Is the AI limit per person or per workspace?
Per workspace. Everyone in the workspace shares the plan's monthly allowance. For example, the Free plan includes 25 requests per month for the whole workspace.
When does the monthly AI limit reset?
At the start of each calendar month (UTC).
Do failed AI requests count?
Yes. A request counts once it's started, even if the AI provider returns an error, so the limit can't be bypassed by forcing failures. If a request fails, wait a moment before trying again.
What happens when we reach the limit?
AI features pause for your workspace until the next month. Everything else, including leads, contacts, tasks, and pipelines, keeps working normally.
Are there other AI limits?
To keep the service responsive, there are also short-term limits on how many AI requests one person and one workspace can make per minute. If you hit one, wait a minute and try again.
Can I turn AI off?
Yes. Workspace owners can turn AI features off for the whole workspace at any time.
When will paid plans be available, and will prices change?
We haven't set a date. The prices shown are proposals and may change before paid plans launch. The Free plan doesn't require a credit card, and you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan once one is available.
